Ok i switched from the yasmin pill to the microlut mini pill. i stopped the yasmin during the second week or so, threw the rest out, and started the mini pill like a week later. so my question is when should i expect my period? i am already like 4 days late. i am usually very irregular, but the yasmin always made me regular. any advice? my breasts are sooooore and hurt especially when i run just a tini bit i can feel it. i dont think i am pregnant tho. !

How long are you going to be taking the microlut pill? Will you be taking it for a week (21 days of pills) or are you going to take the full 3 weeks?

sorry idont understand your question. do you mean since i already took some of the yasmine pack, i should only take it for another 1 or 2 with the microlut? the microlut you take everyday, if you have your period or not. i believe there are 35 pills in a pack. i dont know why that is tho. i will just continue taking it until the pack is out

I would take a pregnancy test. Because if you are pregnant, you don't want to keep taking the pill.

well i think that it owuldve been better here if you waited till u wouldve finished ur yasmine pack, is either that the change its also makin the "change in ur body", im not familiar with the microlut though i am with yasmine and according to the info on those pills you can cahnge to other pills with no problem, and im paranoid with these things i would wait till i see signs of normality bfore havin sexual relationships you never know.

hey ok im back u got me curious so i did some research, it says that if you started microlut for the first time with no other pills involved to do it the 1st day of ur period or finish the pack and OMIT the recess you get on yasmine and start takin microlut.

cuz microlut its progestagen (Levonorgestrel 30mcg) only and yasmien its a combined one with so i guess its like this:

Changing from a combined oral contraceptive (COC)

The woman should start with Microlut immediately on the day after the last hormonal tablet of her previous COC and omit the pill-free interval of this COC.

HTH!!I know you didnt wait for the free interval or recess like i called it, but maybe you are just gonna have to wait till some effect passes, please try not to have sexual relationships meanwhile if you are not sure if this change u did its stable in ur body, I Know the stress of this pills!!, unless you dont mind gettin pregnant and stuff but check first!! please!

Hi, aww i really appreciate your help. I see, i should have taken it right away. and i took a pregnancy test, and im NOT pregnant. good, because i was taking the pills still. and i got my period! (hate periods)

^^^ well im glad it turned out good, and now you know just keep takin them, interesting microlut you take it while your period but i think thats better you dont have to be counting the freakin days lol! Is there any reason y u left yasmin?
