this is true.. its very annoying when people think that just because someone's thin or underweight, they must be anorexic or something...some people just don't put on weight no matter how much they eat.

Mine is 16.4

which surprised me because I'm not underweight at all!! Though my body fat is probably a little high, if I worked out and swapped some of that fat for muscle I might make the healthy range!

It was 16 when I was in high school and it wasn't until I reached my early 20s that my metabolism slowed down and I was able to gain a bit of weight

mine is 22.9. i'm 5'2" and 125 pounds. i'm also muscular though, i work out a lot with weights so i am toned. i'd like to shed at least 5-7 more pounds. i'm not sure what to do. hey universe, i need some help please
