Awesome! What marathon are you training for?

Today is my crosstraining day too. 3 mile warm-up run then a 1 hour boot camp session.

I have joined a gym for years but found that I got a little tired of the typical gym workouts and stopped going.

Right now, I power walk/light run daily.
