Monday: 60 mins aqua resistance
Tuesday: 90 mins yoga
Wednesday: 1.2km swim, 60 mins ballet
Thursday is my day off.

just finished up another round of chalene extreme and started RevAbs today. Also, started "100 push ups" program since I don't want to loose any upper body strength.

Well, i wake up early and start doing my weight training since i want to gain weight and build muscles. Then in the evening i go for Swimming. Swimming is considered the best exercise for building a good personality.
