Weight Loss Support Groups

Hi Everyone, do any of you belong to any online weigh loss support groups, communities, blogs, forums. Do they help? Do they cost? Me and one of my friends are looking to join one. Thanks.

I know we have our threads here on the forum but I did not know if there was anything else out there. So, as far as support and encouragement what do you do (weigh watchers meetings,...)? Schedules are getting busier and busier, we had weight watchers at work but they got rid of it. Search is down, we probably talked about this already. Thanks.

Try sparkpeople or 3fatchicksonadiet. They free and I hear good things about them.

I'm actually most interested in the weightlosswars website that AAA listed but I figured I'd give you another link.
