Weight Loss Before And After Photos

Hey ladies, I need some words of encouragement this summer for losing weight. I've seen so many inspirational before and after photos of the women on here and they look absolutely fabulous! If you have loss a noticeable amount of weight, please post your before and after photos here as well as your secret behind your weight loss. This would be an encouragement to many members, including myself, on losing weight for bikini summer!

Here's the link to my weight loss thread. There is another "after" photo on page 13 that I took a week ago. I lost my weight on Richard Simmons' FoodMover program.
Plus-sized no more! The before and after pic update...
