Default Visible lump in breast

Hi i am new here my name is Susan and I am 41. I recently found a lump in my left breast and went to see my doctor who as sent me to the hospital to see a specialist in a weeks time. I found the lump 5 weeks ago but just recently the lump as become more visible than before. I have had two previous lumps removed from both breasts both non cancerous. I was wondering if anyone on here as had this before? Thankyou.

No, I haven't, but I am very glad you are seeing a specialist next week. Breast lumps in the majority of cases (as you will already know) are benign, but it is really important to get any changes checked out. I am sure everything will be fine- good luck with the specialist.

i haven't but i'm also very happy your seeing a specialist right away- my mom was just diagnosed with breast cancer with a lump she found herself (she gets annual mammograms and is incredibly healthy, and only 47) yours is probably just a non-cancerous lump it sounds like you have a history of these, but better safe then sorry... let us know how it goes!
