For those of you with Carmen Electra's Cardio Striptease, I just discovered . . .

if you mute the TV and play Prince's old stuff (think Cream and Gett Off and Pope and U Got the Look) during your workout it totally fits.

I used to play The Pussycat Dolls every time I did the DVD, which also really work, but it's really obvious.

I agree, the 2nd disk is probably most challenging and the best for an actual workout. I also like the hip hop dance routine. I haven't used them in a long time, lent them to a friend...
