Woohoo! I've lost 3 lbs. I think that this is because exams are finally over and I focus on eating better. I've been working out 6 days a week, but it's been mostly cardio, so I think that I need to add in some weights too.

Is it too late to join in? I definitely need to lose, and I do so much better with company.

I lost 2 lbs this week. I'm really good about drinking my water, but I desperately need to start an exercise program.

which day of the week should we report in? that will be my weigh in day. or the 'throw my scale out the window' day. either or. also, i'm changing my ticker to hours of cardio rather than miles. i'm so slow right now that i just don't have the time to get those miles in- but i can get 6+ hours of cardio a week. kwim?

I believe Maxter said she would tally up everyone's progress and post the results on Monday evening, so anytime before then is probably fine.

I'm sorry, I haven't checked in yet! I give myself a C because I get an A for exercise but an F for eating! LOL! I'm gaining weight but our fitness instuctor says that it's fat converting to muscle right now and not to look at weight but how clothes are fitting. My jeans don't feel different but my shirts are loser to my upper body is changing plus I've had to tighten my bra! OK, enough rambling from me!

this week was pretty bad but could've been worse. the combination of jury duty, school, work, social life, etc. i did not have the time nor the motivation to work out. i did think i ate okay, not pig out or anything, but could've definitely done better.
all in all, i give myself a C-. more motivation for the upcoming week:)

I lost 2 pounds in the last week, I'm really proud of myself, because i have drunk 8 glasses of water a day and haven't had any alcohol!! Although I did have a chinese takeaway on saturday, so for that reason I'll give myself a B-

well, i exercised really well, and for the most part i ate really well. but, towards the end of the week, when the scale didn't move an inch, i ate poorly b/c i was upset. so, b+ for the week. new week, we'll see how it goes!

Checking back in on Monday morning...

This week I did absolutely no exercise. That means F for the fitness part.

Eating wise, I ate fairly well- but still more like a B in eating.

So I think I moved up to a C- this week. Still not good.

My goal is to lose a few of the pounds I have put on from all this vacationing and get back into aerobic shape.
