That's as big as I have been in 3 years!! So this is coming at the perfect time. I'm working out 1 hr a day every weekday this week and I've cut the crummy foods out of my diet - so far so good. I'm also literally drinking 4x the water that I usually would, which is really helping with muscle cramps and soreness. I'm just guzzling water. I don't know if I'll end up losing weight (I'm weighing in next Monday) b/c of all of the water, but I'll be making some positive improvements.
What a great idea! I "banned" myself til I hit my goal of 20 lbs., I think I will pay myself too so that when I reach my goal I will hopefully have a hefty savings account to treat myself.
