Default Suggestions for At Home Back Massagers?

The stress of sitting at a computer for long hours is KILLING my back. Obviously a professional massage would help, but I can't do that all the time. Does anyone have one of those flat full back massagers that they would suggest? My major problem area is my upper back.

I have one of these:

It's not a full chair massager, but for the price, it works pretty well. It's great for upper back and shoulders. I have upper back problems as well and I get professional massages every month. It is so worth it!

The only complaints I have heard about the chair full back massagers is that they don't go far enough up your back if you have upper back pain. That is why I haven't gotten one yet.
