I think that this would be a great prevention thread.

I'm watching Project Runway 5 and for some reason I want to eat a steak and cheese sandwich. SOMEONE please stop me ordering one!

No, don't do it. You will feel sick, bloated and nasty after you eat it. Go for something light and healthy instead.

yes.. think of how that meat will just SIT like a ROCK in your tummy. All that salt will bloat you up and the dairy will make your digestion all rumbly.... The bread is likely processed white and will make you crave more carbs.

Cut up an apple or orange and chow down on that instead...have some nuts to satisfy the protein crave. your body will thank you!
