I did a situp as I got out of bed this morning. I think I need to join a gym.

Girls I also want to get more curve in my butt. I normally do a lot of lunges, squats, sumos, leg press, straight leg deadlifts.... is there any other exercises you can think of.
Look at a marathon runner. Their body fat is usually low, and they don't really have a lot of muscle tone in that area. Running is a great exercise for the abs, since you use your core for stabilization. Spinning is great for the legs, and if you're in a climbing position, like Position 3 or 4, it can work the butt sometimes and the hamstrings.
