Monday, October 2

My workout partner didn't show up, and I didn't feel like doing weights by myself. So, I did 45 minutes intervals on the elliptical, and about 15 minutes of ab work.

HOLA CHICAS!!! Today I ran 5 miles (thats 8km right?) plus leg press, leg curl, and leg raises with the medicine ball and butt lifts(is that how youcall it?) and finished off with 200 absssssss!!!! All this to Janet Jackson´s new CD!! I felt so bad after not moving a finger all weekend long and just piggin away!!!!

regular chest work out, and I was able to do 3 sets of unassisted dips, but for only 5 reps. But I was happy considering I haven't done them in almost a year, woohoo! Next goal is unassisted chin-ups.

5 sets of cross cable flyes
5 sets of lat pull down
5 sets of squats superset with lunges
5 sets of the glute machine (i dont know the name of the exercise)
150 abs
45 min spinning
