bicep curls with ez-curl bar
preacher curl machine
hammer curls with dumbbells

Just got home from the gym and had the same workout as Cristina again, believe me I'm not creepy !

Warmed up w/back extentions
Lat pull downs
seated row
bent over row

7-7-7's for arms
hammer curls w/10lb plates
seated curls on the Hammer machine

ended w/rear fly's on the machine and a trip to Starbucks

1 1/2 hr moderate intesity volleyball ( i love it )
100 sit - ups (I dont know why but i love um caus they're easy!)

200 sit ups
5 set of squat
5 sets of lunges
1.5 hour spinning

Great workout if only I could stop eating like a cow in the evenings!!!!

I just started doing it a couple of weeks ago. I do my weight training with a workout partner who competed in amateur fitness competitions years ago in Atlanta. When we started working out together, she showed me the benefits of doing a chest/shoulders/triceps split, instead of what I had been doing before (chest/triceps on Monday, shoulders/legs on Wednesday). Having an entire day for legs and finishing that day off with 20 minutes uphill walk on the treadmill has been working out great. I can focus more on my legs, and I'm almost always sore the next day

Dumbell seated shoulder press
dumbell lat raise
dumbell forward raise
barbell thingies (I forget what they are called, bring the bar to ur chin/close grip)
rear fly's on the machine

rope pull downs
machine dips and as many regular dips as I could

hanging leg lifts for abs

chased my 2 kids around all day, cleaned the house & the patio furniture, 2 loads of laundry, went grocery shopping and cooked dinner. Sex is out of the question!

I have my own exercise program

Rode three horses
6 mile gallop
20 min. trot set
45 min jumping (3'-3'6)
Stacked sixty 45lb bales of hay
Walked about 3 miles to bring horses in from field & while giving riding lessons


oh life in a barn....most days hay is replaced with 1hour of yoga and 45 min belly dancing...but hay can be up to 500 bales a day durring summer months.

going on a mountain bike ride with my DH this afternoon, (plus i did 25 pushups w/my stretching this am).

I do stretching and yoga daily, plus I ride my bike to and from work every week day - 12.5 miles each way with a 700 foot elevation gain in the morning and a headwind both ways. (I live in a mountain valley, and the wind is out of the north in the morning from the cold air rushing down from the mountains, then in the afternoons, it warms up, and the wind is usually out of the south. At least it is down hill coming home) It usually takes me about an hour each way.

That's awesome! I wish I could ride a bicycle to work, but there is too much traffic here and I go through some unsafe areas on the way to work. I enjoy exercising outdoors, especially running either in the early mornings or evenings, when it's nice and cool. Still waiting for it to cool down here, it will probably be November before I can get outside!

Thanks Cristina for your awsome music choice. Today I just came back from a four hour shopping marathon with girlfriends!!!! Fantastic. Came home with lots of goodies!!!! I love it.
