!!!!! I'm not in as good of shape as I used to be. At one point I was around 19-20% body fat, eating super clean, etc. But after I graduated school and started working full time, I've gained about 5 lbs., give or take, and I'm not as strict with my eating. I've learned to enjoy food, a glass of wine (or a few) on the weekends, and just enjoy both food and exercise in moderation

You should be proud of yourself! From the looks of it, you're kicking some serious ass

Cristina it sounds like we have the same chest workout, except I do my triceps right afterwards...but I HATE CARDIO! I know if I did that I could lose more weight, but I get so bored that I actually get drowsy on the treadmill-even if I am going at a good clip.

sigh...I used to have that body fat% before the two kids about 5 years ago, just had my last one 6mos ago and only hope to get halfway to the way I used to look. Keep it up!

I really like my chest exercises, especially the good ol' bench press. Such a great compound exercise.

How often do you do cardio now? Weightlifting is great for building muscle and raising your metabolism. A lot of people just think cardio is the key to losing, when weights are very important to a workout routine... Most of the time, I enjoy cardio because I've got my iPod blasting, and if I'm on the treadmill, I try to pick the one that's in front of CNN or the local news so I can read the closed captioning and see what's going on. A lot of times when I run, Anderson Cooper 360 is on CNN (the night before's episode) - I enjoy looking at him

Good luck with your health and fitness goals!

I love to spin! I usually go either Tuesday or Thursday mornings, and sometimes Sunday mornings, depending on the instructor. My cardio usually varies between running and Spinning.

Not sure if it's good for cellulite - honestly, it seems nothing is good for cellulite (I wish mine would magically disappear!). I've heard that weight training and super clean eating can reduce the appearance of cellulite. Spinning is great for the legs. I remember when I first started going to classes, I saw nice definition in my quads
