Not a great exercise day for me, unfortunately. I had intended on taking an 8:30 total body conditioning class but had an issue with my car so I had to take a 9:30 spin class. I got there early and did some upper body work- 30 pound bar bell, dips and chin ups. I then went to spin but my heart wasn't into it and I wasn't enjoying myself at all, so I actually walked out after 30 min

I couldn't make it to the gym today but I decided to do a video- Slim in 6- I don't know what's it's called- the first one, I think Start It Up. About a 25 min workout. I was impressed at how challenging some moves were for me. I then did a 15 min stretching one- Slim & Limber. Felt great!
