Default Sleek Medspa - Is it too good to be true?

I was just surfing around looking for a nearby spa to get a quick massage when I came across the Sleep Medspa page. They advertise a treatment called "mesotherapy" which they claim is an alternative to liposuction. Has anyone tried it and if so, does it actually work? It seems like it would be too easy to check in, get a few shots, and then be a couple inches thinner in a few weeks.

They claim that the treatment targets troublesome fat and cellulite, would allow you to lose up to 4 inches per area, and results in no downtime! I suspect that if it were really that easy, I would've heard about it before.

Thanks for the info - I found a thread on lipodissolve. It sounds like it might work (although I'm going to check it with my doctor before i try).
