) tends to deposit excess fat around the middle. Well, lucky for me, I'm also like that. I'm tall and I think average weight, but I have excess fat in the middle that really doesn't look like it belongs on my body, when compared to the other body parts. Is there a way/exercise/eating habits to adopt to get rid of it? It really looks out of place, and with bikini season coming up, I want to look good. The one time I got rid of it was when I pretty much dropped to a dangerously low weight (under 100 pounds) and everyone started urging me to gain weight, because I looked sickly.
