Truegem, thanks for telling us what your trainer says. I agree about the what you eat and when. I started my diet again yesterday, 3 hour one.. where you eat 400 calorie meals for your main meals and 100 calories in between for snacks every 3 hours. I lost my belly last time I did this.

I was trying to remember information someone gave me in regards to caffeine/coffee and belly fat and this was the one of the ones I could find. It relates to DHEA:

If I can do and stick to this 3 hour diet, I can loose the 10 I want to in 2 weeks.
10 pounds in 2 weeks is waaaay too fast, it will be impossible to maintain that. lots of studies have shown that women who tend to yo-yo diet retain more weight in their abdomens, so really you're setting yourself up for failure two-fold by doing this.

you even mention the last time you did this, you lost the weight. but doesn't that tell you it didn't work, if it came back?

if you change up your workout routine, introduce something intense that your system is not used to, and follow a clean but sensible diet, you're going to get much better results.
