Default odwalla smoothies

anyone know the if the nutritional value outweighs the avg 160 calories each bottle contains??? is it all natural??

i'm pretty sure there are about 150-160 calories per serving, so that's over 300 calories per bottle. that's a whole lot for a drink in my opinion, i'd rather drink water and eat fruit.

I think the main problem with bottled juices is that they're big (at least 2 servings per bottle, so about 300-400 cals) and they're full of sugar, without the fiber of real fruit. Some have extra vitamins but you can just take a vitamin pill. They sure are tasty though!
