Not really worried, was at first but after the docs, I just shrugged it off. I'm still kicking so it can't be that harmful--it's just annoying.

Glad to see I wasn't alone with this!
Hey this sounds pretty much like it, although the pain I get seem to be more to the right and a little above the left nipple. But maybe my not-big-at-all boobs are saggy.

Oooh, I've had this too since I was a teen and still have it although rarely now-I'm 44. I've had an echocardiogram and a stress test-for other reasons and my heart is fine. I've always suspected it was an irritated nerve.

I've had this exact thing you are describing for years- usually about once every couple months when I'm sitting down. I've always described it as a lung pain that "pops".

I've never seen the doctor about it, because it happens so quickly and then is gone. Anyone I've told about it (parents, friends) look at me like I have two heads. No one seems to have had it before.

Wow, I can't believe I've found other people just like me! I've had this happen to me (and my best friend) for years but have never gotten it diagnosed. One time it lasted for about 2 minutes and I swear I was gonna go the ER! But it went away and I didn't.
