Default My dental nightmare vent!

Hi all. A while ago I posted about having to do dental work and such and anyway my insurance company finally approved to pay a portion of it a while ago. 2 weeks ago I went in to my dentist for the preliminary work for my bridge work. I was in the chair for 3 hours and some. Today I went to the dentist to have him put in the permanent crowns and what was supposed to take 30 minutes took over 2 hours due to the fact that whoever made the bridge and crowns did not make the right size. Ouch! Some more drilling to try and fit but alas no go. Now I have to go back in 2 weeks for the new fittings. Sorry but I just had to vent. Has anyone had this happen to them?

A ton of people I know 40 and over end up having to have these procedures done. Some day I will probably too. Humans only lived about 40 years up until 200 years ago, and teeth weren't really meant to last this long. Also, who's good about oral hygene as a teenager?

But it is worth it to keep your teeth!! Good luck and I hope next time goes better!!
