Default morning sickness but it's not!

Hi All,

I constantly feel tired/sick/dizzy at the moment. It's just like the morning sickness i had with both mine but i know 100% it isn't that!! I have the doctors in the am but not really sure what he can do. I also seem to get a bad tummy alot after certain foods.

Any ideas anyone. Know its a long shot but a bit scared about the docs tomorrow.
xx

I get really nauseous and feel sick to my stomach if I don't eat every 3-4 hours. I'm not sure if this could be the same reasoning for you. I asked my doctor about it and told her that as soon as I eat something I feel fine and wanted to know if that was strange. She told me that its just the way my body reacts and as long as I know how to handle it, I know my body and its fine.

Hmm. I get that now - just for the past month really, but I attributed it to a bariatric surgery I had 2 and a half years ago. It's like I need to eat *constantly* - every 30 minutes or so or I get dizzy and really, really nauseous.
