LeeMiller: your friend sucks. Sometimes people don't really think before they say stuff, you know? I suppose if you're used to it... but it still doesn't make it right.
kimberf: I'm changing your name to kimberlindy. LOL

Last two days were okay.
Tuesday:
B- FibreOne cereal with skim milk, Oikos Greek nonfat yogurt, poached egg.
L: BLT Cobb Salad from Wendy's, one package of dressing (they give you two!). I didn't have time to make something the night before.
D: Beef Tenderloin with mushrooms and shrimp sauteed in 1/2 tsp of butter and garlic. Handful of strawberries for dessert.
Water? maybe 650ml if that.

Wednesday:
B-FibreOne Cereal with Skim milk. Coffee with cream & 1/4tsp Splenda.
L-Butter Chicken, Peas & Cheese, rice, Naan. I had a super busy day, had 25mins for lunch and needed to get food quickly and knew I'd be running late. (I'm in Dentistry and we had three emergencies so that puts a kink in my day). There is an Indian Restaurant in our building and they do a great lunchbox to go. Normally if I eat there, I don't have rice or Naan.
D-None. I ate a pint of grape tomatoes in the car on the way home.
I ended up going to bed at 8:30 last night.
Water: maybe a litre.
Exercise: Ummm... what? Look! over there! Diamonds!

Checking in for today....
Bfast- 2 egg whites, mini whole wheat bagel
Snack- 10 almonds, 1 kiss
Lunch- Spinach Salad, cottage cheese, green tea w/ 1 splenda
Dinner-Grilled turkey burger, 1/2 whole wheat bun, 1/4 baked sweet potato
Snack (haven't had yet) - string cheese & 5 wheat thins

Exercise- I worked today so I put in about 5 miles walking. I plan on getting a pedometer so I can be accurate. I plan on doing a few exercises while catching up on my DVR, lol.

Checking In

B - 2% Greek yogurt, 1/2 a peach, coffee with cream

L - tuna tartare salad with dressing, wontons on salad, latte

D - chicken kabob skewer, rice, roasted veggies, hummus, and 1/2 piece pita bread, one glass coke and about 1/4 cup of ice cream (dh ate most of it!)

Walked over 30 minutes back from lunch.

Grrrr....wrote a whole post and then got lost connection when I tried to post.

I was beyond awesome today, seriously could not be any better. About 1100-1200 calories today, no simple carbs, all veggies/fruit/protein/low fat dairy.

I burned off almost that amount working out today: 6.15 miles on arc trainer (added sprint intervals to see if this does anything) + 1.5 miles on stair mill

V0N - You are too funny. I must have missed seeing the diamonds, darn it! Drooling at the butter chicken - one of my faves! And yep, I am in Lindy love.

I did baddddd yesterday when i got home from work

B - Special K with Skim Milk and 1 Green Tea
L - Bit of Egg Salad with beets, cucumbers
S - Couple of grapes, strawberries & 1 peach, 1 green tea
D - Here is where i went badddddd - 4 toast crackers with humus, handful of Popcorner chips, shrimp cocktail (about 10 pieces), 1 pack of 100 cal brownies!!! <--- BAD!

Water - I did good with this..drank about 4 or 5 liters
Exercise - Level 2 30 day shred and running/walking 20 min

All is not lost. When you look at what you ate, they were very few "fats". You just evened it up. Think positive and don't beat yourself up.

Just had some mac and cheese.. going to work out extra hard tonight. Elliptical for an hour, weights, and ballet DVD.

I am really trying to tone up my body this summer. I still haven't gone back to my pre-prergnancy weight, which I am totally okay with, but my body is not as firm as it once was. I am doing high-protein "diet" as I do not want to lose my muscle mass. This is day 5(?) of the plan. But boy, I forgot how boring this is - eating protein only completely zapped my appetite. I've also been working out everyday. Nothing too intense. So far so good other than feeling disgusted by my meals. Hope to lose the flabby feeling.

Have been really bad for suppers lately. I eat way too much pasta, bread and rice. Had cherries and a mango salads for lunch and at night just gobbled 3 pieces of all dressed pizza and 2 sangrias. (kid's soccer pic nic) why do
I do that? Sabotage the whole day in 1 meal. I have no control. I am very upset at myself.
