Last two days were okay.
Tuesday:
B- FibreOne cereal with skim milk, Oikos Greek nonfat yogurt, poached egg.
L: BLT Cobb Salad from Wendy's, one package of dressing (they give you two!). I didn't have time to make something the night before.
D: Beef Tenderloin with mushrooms and shrimp sauteed in 1/2 tsp of butter and garlic. Handful of strawberries for dessert.
Water? maybe 650ml if that.
Wednesday:
B-FibreOne Cereal with Skim milk. Coffee with cream & 1/4tsp Splenda.
L-Butter Chicken, Peas & Cheese, rice, Naan. I had a super busy day, had 25mins for lunch and needed to get food quickly and knew I'd be running late. (I'm in Dentistry and we had three emergencies so that puts a kink in my day). There is an Indian Restaurant in our building and they do a great lunchbox to go. Normally if I eat there, I don't have rice or Naan.
D-None. I ate a pint of grape tomatoes in the car on the way home.
I ended up going to bed at 8:30 last night.
Water: maybe a litre.
Exercise: Ummm... what? Look! over there! Diamonds!
