I did this the other day off fitness tv and was almost crying after 5 minutes. I workout regularly and have never been so sore. Now I know how the people on the Biggest Loser feel

I have this dvd as well as Jillian's two lastest workout dvds. The shred is awesome! I did it for 30 days straight back in the winter and my arms, abs and legs definitely looked better.

i just started this last week. and i love it. It is 20 minutes! I don't have a lot of time to workout but even if I did I don't think I would because I hate working out. But this DVD is not painful at all. The weird thing is though I am not sore but I sweat and feel the burn during the workout. I've been on a low carb diet for 2 weeks as well...I have lost some weight. I don't weigh myself however but my pants feel looser. i would recommend this to anyone who has no time to work out or hates to work out =)

The 30 day shred is great so long as you don't have pre-existing, dormant, knee injuries

I'm fit from years of daily running, yoga etc, but after only three days of doing the shred an old knee injury (that I hadn't felt even a twinge from for ten years ) flared up. That was more than three months ago and I'm still having knee trouble though I haven't done the shred since.

Such a shame, I really enjoyed the workout but I understand from other forums that the shred is notorious for reviving old knee problems

I hope all of you with good knees are enjoying it and seeing results

I am still loving the Shred. I do it 2-3 days a week along with my treadmill and I really do see results. My stomach is flatter and I am just stronger in general.

I only have time to do this 2-3 times a week and I already see results! Imagine if I actually do it daily
My arms are no longer 'butterfly wings' and my stomach seems more flat..beginning to see a ling down the middle yay!
It's hard but you feel so great after because you completed it!

I did this for about 15 days. I think it would have been better if I did it every other day, my knee pain was out of this world.

i bought this today along with JM other two dvd's. Gonna try one out tomorrow. I'm thinking Banish Fat, Boost metabolism in the am.....then level one of 30 day shred in the pm after work. I am soooo excited.
I been debating on buying these for over a month. This past weekend they have been weighing on my mind. so today we trekked to target to get all 3. Cant wait! I need something to bust me out of my rut.

I am interested to see how her other DVDs are. I love the Shred. What are the differences with the other ones?
