Ok i just ordered it! A question: does the dvd give you any idea of what number weights to use? I don't have any so I'll have to buy some. Do you guys use 2, 3, 5, 8, 10? Any thoughts? BF will prob do this too since he likes the biggest loser- I'll have to get him some weights too but no clue how heavy!

I started off each level using 2 pound weights, then worked up to 5. I finished my 30 days and restarted the cycle, and am beginning with 5 pound weights and plan on using heavier weights on the moves that are less challenging for me (meaning, I don't feel my muscles as much when I'm doing them).
I think it's best to just start out low and figure it out as you go. Some moves are challenging even with lower weights, but others I feel like I could use much heavier ones. I like to have a variety to pick from, depending on the moves.
