Default Is this possible? Or unreasonable?

My goal is to lose 2-3 sizes by the summer...June/July/August...I've started to work out for the past 6 weeks...3x/week...45 mins cardio and some weight lifting in between...

basically I want to be able to fit into clothes from a certain store nicely, not squeeze into them....

is this goal reasonable? is it too much to do in a little amount of time? What is more reasonable?

what's your current size, and what is the one you want to be in height, weight etc. It's usually easier too lose faster if you have more to lose if you know what I mean. If you're already smaller, you may have to bust your butt to get those last few lbs off.

You won't lose the weight if you're just working out. Make sure you're eating healthy as well.

It doesn't matter how many hours you spend in the gym...if your diet is packed with high calorie/fatty foods then the weight isn't going to come off!

If you're really strict with yourself and you stick to it then 2-3 sizes isn't unrealistic!!
