My boss is going to a wedding and gave me this project to find for her.
There are 3 people total, two of which need to lose weight and one that needs to actually gain some weight. Here is what she is looking for -wants to be able to track goal, weekly weigh ins against each other (3 of us – or at least track our own and share) -wants it to be free -doesn’t want to have to join a program -would love to have automatic calculators that show percentage toward goal for individual and how 3 compare Does anyone know if there is a program like this that I can refer her to. |

You can do the weight watchers food calculators online. Bring a scale to work and weigh each other once a week. Keep track of it. That's free.

If your looking for short term weight loss, sign up with http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/ to track your goals and calories. It would prescribe you the number of calories you need to consume daily inorder to lose the weight by a specific date. Keep in mind though, calorie starving yourself wont change your body composition, you will just shrink, kinda like big pear to small pear. The weight will come back once you revert back to your old eating habits. However, if your just looking to fit into that dress for that one night, you may able to do so this way

My office is basically doing this -- calling it "The Biggest Loser." Apparently it's fairly common?
