did 45 minutes on the eliptical and then crunches.

had eggs with toast for breakfast, snack of fiber crackers, and had organic whole wheat pasta with sauce and two meatballs for dinner.

I've started many times to lose weight but can't succeed since I have a big appetite.
I'd love to lose 20 lbs. by the end of June.
I have 3 kids ages 17, 13, & 7.
I'm 39, 5'9.5", weigh 168 on one scale and 177 on the other. Don't know which scale is correct.
I want to weigh 155.
My reward is to know my clothes fit loosely again.
I will work out 5x week doing combination weight training & aerobics. I'll walk on days that are too busy to do a regular workout.
Eat less and healthier. (hard part is eat less! workouts make me hungry! help! wish I knew how to keep my hunger at bay. Not good at dealing with hunger.)

Wooo! So I thought I had a bad weekend... but I guess everything I ate that was bad I did in moderation.

166.5 this morning, I haven't weighed myself since the 3rd. Not a huge difference but at least it's down and not up!

oopsididitagain - I already posted this somewhere in here, but the One-A-Day Weight Smart daily vitamins REALLY curb my appetite. I generally don't have a huge appetite to begin with (it's what I eat, not how much that is my demise, LOL) but these vitamins bring my eating to about a 2 on a scale of 1-10. I'm normally a 4 or 5.

Walked this morning... had coffee for breakfast and am waiting to eat lunch. Probably some kind of salad.

Hows everyone doing? I survived my first weekend and didn't stray from my WW points! I am so proud of myself, not a drop of alcohol ( I do love my glass (or two) of wine on a Friday night and even excelled myself when I went to the gym yesterday (Sunday) morning!! I did half an hour interval on the eliptical and 10 minutes interval on the treadmill with a few weight machines for arms and legs and sit ups. Phew! It was tough but I sure felt good afterwards. Still dreading the weigh-in tomorrow though!!

I am late to the game, but I am in. I started back in Feb and have lost about 10 pounds so far.

Here are some facts about me:
Kids: None of my own
Current weight this morning: 207.5 pounds
Current height: 5'5 1/2"
Goal: Immediate 195 pounds Longterm: 165lbs
By: Immediate by May Longterm by End of September
Exercise regime: Wii Fit (Yoga, Strength, Aerobics, and Balance games) and fitness center (treadmill and stairstepper)
Going to the gym: I do Wii Fit everyday for 30-60 minutes. I was going to the fitness center everyday until I got the Wii Fit for my anniversary (I know it sounds like an auwful present, but he knew I really wanted one and he is doing it with me although his goal is to gain weight/muscle and I still got my hotel stay and quality time in addition to dinner at The Melting Pot). I plan to start going back to our fitness center 3 times a week to supplement the Wii Fit.
Reward: I don't know. I really want a LV Tate GM or a Sony p530 computer. I just bought myself a new DSLR Sony camera so maybe I will invest in another lens.
Diet regime: My "diet" is simple. No more eating an entire batch of rice crispy treats!
Seriously, I am doing a balance of eating 25%-50% of my regular meal portion (which was WAY too large), more fiber, vegetables, and fresh fruit. I am also doing the Special K diet (replace 1-2 meals with a small bowl of cereal with fruit) and eat the third meal regularly during the week. I tend to "cheat" on the weekends because I typically cook all three meals for hubby and I.

Haven't weighed myself yet, but was able to get a 30min workout at the Gym this morning at 5:45 :( soo early, don't know how long I'll be able to carry this on for.. esp at that hour of the morning.

Had a fruit smoothie for breakfast
and some vietnamese for lunch :)

Hopefully, I'll be able to get in another work out tonight.

Happy to hear that everyone is doing well

I track mine on my iPhone. Is the online one public? Does it tell you the calories and nutrional value of the foods you enter?
