Having surgery tomorrow --pls send good thoughts my way!

I took a nasty fall last Wednesday when I was running down the sidewalk trying to catch the cable car. I literally tripped and fell on my face and right wrist. I have two black eyes, a fractured nose, chipped tooth (got that fixed on Monday), fat lip and broken wrist.

My face is a lot better but I need surgery to repair the wrist. I have a Smith's fracture (both wrist bones are broken) and it's dislocated. It cannot heal unless they put a plate in my wrist.

The surgery is 12:15 pst tomorrow (Friday). Thankfully it is outpatient and I will be out cold for it. The surgeon says it is a quick one-hour surgery and I shouldn't worry.

Please send good karma, vibes, thoughts and prayers my way for an easy surgery and quick recovery.
