Default Have you tried Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer?

Need a quick, EFFECTIVE workout that I can squeeze into the day whenever I have some time. A coworker recommended 10 Minute Trainer. Anyone tried it? Recommend? TIA!

No but try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's 20 minutes, but it has three different levels to choose from.I love it!
