Default got my boobies done and am still not happy?

am i being greedy? i paid 7600 to have my boobs fixed. I am young and had a child whom i breatfed and as a result got saggy small boobs. So i decided i might as well get them fixed since i wont being having kids for another couple years.
Well they sure arent saggy any more but they are still small. I wanted large breasts d cup to be exact and they are not large at all. I dont know what to do i feel like i completely threw out 7600 that could have been used on something better like a few LVs.. ha no really though..do I pay another 7600 to get them bigger or how can I make myself not regretful since they are not the size i wanted?????????????? ahhhh

Do you know what size your doc put in there? With some of the implants the doc can go back in (under local, not put you to sleep) and add some saline if this is the type you got. But it depends on the size of the original implant as they are built to only hold so much.

what size did you get? how long ago was the surgery? and would asking to see before and after pics be weird? LOL [clothed of course] and like jill said. you need to talk to your doc. and let him/her know that you aren't happy. and see what they can do about it. and that's a lot of money to not be 100% satisfied.

Wow. D cup is pretty big. How tall are you? I guess if you are not happy, you should talk to the doctor.

i got 350 saline implants filled to 360, under the muscle moderate plus profile.

this in no way is the size i wanted, now that this is what 350 is--i can say i want and THOUGHT he was going to go to a 500cc implant.

i called him and all he kept saying is "this is the biggest your body can handle", whixh i think is completely BS because when i was breastfeeding my boobs went p to a DD which is almost double what they are right now with the implant..
i just feel so jipped i didnt get exactly what i wanted for that amount of money (which i worked so hard for), and now its like i dont want to go spend another 8 grand and have ANOTHER surgery right after this one... but i cant help everytime i look in the mirror now instead of "i hate my boobs im saggy" its "i paid 8grand for small perky boobs?" i cant win ugh ugh ugh! makes me so upset

How could you not have been clear about what he was putting in before the surgery? You thought you were getting 500 and he put in 350's? Either he lied or you agreed to something other than what you wanted. In the second case you are stuck, but in the first I'd really push the issue and see what you can get done. Or take legal action.

Usually 350 or 360ccs of saline is good full C cup. Before your sugery did you see a sample of the implant filled with saline? The plastic surgeon I know does this and we put it in the bra to see the look with out a top on and with a top on.
I am sorry that you are unhappy with your results. You need to make an appointment to see him again and talk with him. A good plastic surgeon wants his patients to be happy.

I'm 5'7 (and a size 12-14), and my implants are 500 and 550ccs. I'm a full D - was a small B to begin with.

I don't know - your doctor may just be making excuses now that you're done and not happy, but in general, I would trust a doctor who says that an implant is too big for your body. I gave my PS total control over my implant size. Just told him I wanted my boobs to match the rest of me, and they do!

Also, don't forget that D boobs are hard to put in cute little tanks and dresses and PJs and swimsuits - that's an issue I have now that I didn't have before! Some of those cute things will barely cover my nipples now!

She's right. I have DD's and I am thinking of having them reduced some (yeah, and lifted too, after 2 kids!) because I cannot wear cute little tanks, baby doll dresses, etc.

But if you are really unhappy, you need to have a talk with your dr. It sounds like there might have been some miscommunication pre-surgery.

It couldn't hurt to check with another surgeon. I've only gone for a consult so far, and I think we've decided that I'll get 375, high profile. I'm a B now, 5'0" tall. When I put the low profiles in the bra they made me look dumpy. It is possible that your doctor didn't want to go too big for your frame or have them look too fake? My doctor said she might be able to go a little bigger, but everyone's body is different as far as what will work.

And some doctors might be willing to do a revision for free or at a reduced rate if you are very unhappy.

I third this. I don't have implants, but I am a small D and I'm 5'4. The lines on dresses with structured tops/babydoll lines, or tanks with lines under the chest area don't fit right on most items- they are above my nipples! And bathing suit tops are an issue too- I have some that claim to be large, but the coverage seriously stinks. I can't wear button up shirts either w/o a gap.

In any case, see your doctor if you are unhappy.
