Science has been telling us for years that we should all drink a glass or 2 of red wine every day.

Some cultures have been doing this at mealtime since the invention of grapes.

I think I miss wine more than sugar. The shamans say I can have it, but I know how my body works, and with the Pills it will just make me epically sick.

I'm SURE that if I still drank wine with meals, I would not have to take cholesterol pills.

When you look at some of the foods used, they are not all that healthy. Many of the benefits from a 'french' diet are :
eating natural, homemade foods
limiting processed foods
having fats with each meal (initiates satiety )
eating soups (people who eat soup 5 times a week traditionally have significantly lower BMI's)

A little bit of physical activity is a must in anybody's daily routine (if not everyday at least 3 times a week) which will do wonders.

Each body type responds to a kind of work out, so find out what suits u best and stick to it. Swimming is the best to stay in shape. So that's my choice. I keep weight at bay while having fun

Remember 1 thing while choosing the type of work out, whatever it is you should enjoy it.

I believe it. Fatty foods and alcohol are not good for the liver.
