But you need to remember that the Barbi Twins had real issues with food. They've been battling eating disorders, so I don't think they followed the Baby Food Diet correctly.

I dont know... but this is the most interesting thing ever

I am going to try it! LOL. I always needed something to snack on at work and I am sick of the bare naked granola things and yogurt. Hehe. Do they sell that brand at Wholefoods??

I remember helping my cousin feed her baby daughter. Some of the banana baby food got on my finger and I licked it. It tasted like normal, mushed up bananas.

Of course, which is why I don't get all the "eww, gross" comments. Baby food is just the mashed version of our staples, just less pumped with preservatives and additives. it.

There really is no harm in eating baby food as long as you're not constricting your body of calories it needs. I recommend their veggie puffs, biter cookies and such. I don't find the bottled baby food appealing though.

I tried to eat baby food a few years ago but I found it disgusting. I like pudding and applesauce and stuff like that so I thought it would be a nice alternative... not so much.

I like the banana or banana strawberry flavored (gerbers brand in the plastic container) and eat it to replace snacks only, not as a main meal! The veggie baby food looks and smells terrible enough to be a turn off!

I tried the diet out.. HORRIBLE! I couldn't stand it. I tried eating the veggies hoping they would fill me up a little more than the fruit ones.. I just couldn't do it.. it made me feel nauseous.

I give props to anyone who can hoark down a jar of that nasty stuff. I am sure it is a very healthy snack, but I couldn't do it. I would gag!

That's the point! If you feel nauseous, you lose your appetite , therefore lose weight!

Just kidding!

Its an old trick of the models. It started as a healthy and balanced snack idea for the long hours of fittings and shoots. Now is a fad diet.
My best friend, ex model, now a singer, she used to eat 4 of these with sunflower seeds everyday.
It may work if you don't mind what you eat, or how it tastes.

I'm a gourmet obsessed person and I like delicious 4 course meals.
