i've been trying to cut back on my iced grande soy chai teas. i've noticed that if i go a few days of not drinking one, i stop craving them. i read something about the body having a lot of yeast in it, and the yeast feeds off the sugar, so when you get cravings for sugary things its the yeast screaming to be fed. sooner or later the yeast will start to die off, and your cravings will be gone. of course, the article could've been totally ridiculous. regardless, i've found that if i avoid the drinks for a few days or a week, i won't crave them anymore.

I only drink water now. Unless I go out I might get something else. for me, it's not the calories I need to worry about but the effect it has on my skin. My skin is really nice right now thanks to my water intake.

Yeah. Beer.
