Default does anyone here have fitflops?

I don't know if this was already discussed and tried going back a few pages. If it was, please bump it for me :)

I was wondering if anyone has these? I just bought the black patent ones from Bliss with a coupon code. I exercise of course and don't expect these flit flops to do miracles, but these do look like they'd be comfortable and have some slight benefits at least!

TIA :)

I have them and don't think I can see any difference due to the shoes themselves. The fact that I'm out walking is exercise enough and likely is a greater benefit, KWIM?

I had them and returned them because they didn't fit me right.

I had them and I tossed them. They hurt my feet and I didn't think that they did anything. I also have MBTs and I think those do more, though they're not attractive.

I love the fitflops!! I've been wearing fitflops since August and I think they are very very comfortable. They have also reshaped my legs and butt. Not overnight mind you, but I can definitely tell the difference in the way my jeans fit and the way my legs look in skirts. Last summer I wouldn't be caught dead wearing shorts or a miniskirt.

If only they had a closed toe version I could wear during the winter time....

i have them, have tried to wear them often, they are comfy to walk in, but i havent noticed any difference at all, nor do I feel anything... :( but they are still comfortable, and maybe if i wear them all the time, they would do some "minimal" work.

The MBT sneakers other posters mentioned are closed toe. You can find them at Bliss Spa (www.blissworld.com)

I have the MBT's and Love them....however I do not think that any shoes have changed my body!! Only weights and cardio have done that...no matter what shoe I wear! :)

Do these have a lot of arch support and shock absorption? I've been curious about these because I can feel regular flip flops damaging my heel -- every time I land, my heels take a huge shock.

I don't expect them to do wonders, but they sound like a good alternative!

they are definitely well padded and MUCH MUCH more comfortable than flip flops, which can hurt your heels and flatten your arches. i would get them just for comfort, they are a tiny tiny bit "squishy" which is where i think the "exercise" is supposed to come from. overall i dont regret buying them, and try to wear them as much as possible

They are comfy, but as others have said-- the benefit from walking more can do your entire body good, sans the fitflops. They are good walking sandals-- better for your back and knees as opposed to tall wedges or heels, though heels look better

Thanks girls :). I might try it out! I don't think I'll be walking too long of a distance in them, but during the times I DO wear flip flops, I don't want them totally destroying my feet and posture.

I let myself rest from wearing heels, but I don't think I can ever quit wearing them!

i got them this past december and i really do love them! They're not miracle workers or anything, but I can really feel a difference after wearing them for a while although I really wasn't use to it when I first began to wear them.

One word of advice though is that they are a bit wider than most flip flops are so they might feel uncomfortable at first.

I love my Fitflops. I didn't buy them for their claims about fitness but because I have severe back problems and work on my feet 10-12 hour days. They are the best shoes I have ever worked in!! The difference is remarkable. I'm addicted to them. I now own them in several colors so I can wear them every day. In my world, they're a God send!
