For me, it hurts so much. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't feel comfortable. It is just my experience.

As far as silicone is concerned, yes, it feels better than saline. There is also a cohesive silicone gel implant (sometimes called the "gummy bear" implant) that does not leak if ruptured. Silicone is more expensive than saline, but probably worth it if you are concerned about looking/feeling real. And, yes, breast augmentation is major surgery and therefore extremely painful. Under the muscle is more painful than over but this type of placement has many advantages. I strongly encourage you to do tons of research and find a highly skilled and qualified plastic surgeon. There are plenty of things in this world to bargain-shop for but plastic surgery is definitely not one of them!!! |
