I'm definitely eating enough. Remember, I have only been on WW for two weeks. Week 1 was fine and last week, which was week two, I ate to take the edge off my stress level so I, in fact, ate much more than I should have.

i just know (from my own pat experiences with WW) that I'd eat as few points as possible...which of course made me overeat later in the day or week and totally didn't work. lol.

I only like plain Egg Beaters/Egg Creations. I don't care for the flavoured ones.
breakfast is coffee w/ half and half, egg beaters and shredded cheese on a whole wheat tortilla and a banana lunch will be a pita pizza and an apple dinner will be 2 cups Greek Salad snacks will be a banana and a cereal or granola bar |

I think missing WI this past week really set me off course. I have eaten out far too much this past week and am not very pleased with myself. I have three full days before next WI and I plan to be completely on plan and reverse some of the damage I did earlier this week.
