I'm still not feeling well today and spent much of the resting in bed.
I had a banana for breakfast with my coffee and a noodle soup for lunch. Dinner will probably be something easy like a grilled cheese sandwich and I'll have more fruit or some veg. I'll be glad when I am feeling back to myself. I do plan to get out for some groceries today. |

I had a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner with a salad.
I cooked tonight so I would have lunch for work tomorrow and dinner for tomorrow night. I made a chicken curry, brown rice and a salad. Tomorrow's meals will be: B - egg beaters and cheddar wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, coffee w/ half and half S - fat free yogurt and a banana L - chicken curry, brown rice and salad with fat free dressing S - baby carrots, apple D - same as lunch 10 - 12 glasses of water |

I had to change my breakfast today as I forgot to take my tortillas out of the freezer. For breakfast I had coffee with cream, a banana and yogurt.
I weigh myself every day and today I am down 2.6lbs since I joined on Wed. I know weight fluctuates daily so the only day that I really pay attention to what the scale says is WI day, which is Wed. |

Today I am down 3.8lbs since I started on Wednesday. I hope this loss lasts and that I will have a good weigh in on Wednesday.
Today we are celebrating Thanksgiving and I am looking forward to a great meal but will enjoy in moderation. |

Yesterday I let myself splurge as it was Thanksgiving and I had smoked turkey, ham, potatoes, gravy, salad and veggies. I did not have any pie but did have a few homemade cream puffs, which were sooooo good.
I know my weight is up a little today compared to yesterday as I consumed a lot of salt yesterday (smoked turkey, ham and the gravy) but I am still down 2.4lbs since joining WW last Wednesday. I am going to drink even more water than normal today and tomorrow to flush out all the sodium I consumed yesterday and I anticipate having a great WI on Wednesday. Today's meals so far: B - coffee w/ half and half, whole wheat tortilla with egg beaters and one slice of cheddar cheese, banana |

I am still down 2.4lbs today so predict I will have a good WI tomorrow although I always weigh more there than at home as I have clothes on (but I wear the lightest clothes possible).

I had my WI today and am down 1.8lbs. I am happy with that as it was Thanksgiving this past weekend and food was plentiful.
