any recs for a shake? meal replacement?!

I am looking for a protein/energy shake to use a meal replacement to lose weight. Does anybody have any favs? I read about one with seagrass or kelp?! It is SUPPOSED to give you energy. IDeas? thanks!

I love the Ensure Vanilla Shakes. (No seagrass though). There are 2 types of shakes one is for maintaining or gaining weight. It is about 350 calories and runs about $9 for a pack at the grocery store. The other is for meal replacement/ weight loss and is 250 cal ... It is like $6 for a pack.

Sometimes I drink half now and half later. It really helps late at night when I get the hungries....... I sip on it and seems to really curb my appetite without finishing the whole thing.

I use the slim fast optima in chocolate its only 190 calories and tastes like a chocolate milk shake

Designer Whey protein powder tastes good and I had a little juice, ice and fruit.

I like Advent Edge carb control protein shakes. They come in 2 types of chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry. I only like the strawberry & drink it over ice. They're 110 calories & come in packs of 4. My local drugstore sells the packs for $8, but the wal-mart carries them at $5.38.
