Ok I notice that when I wake up in the morning I notice that my body is slimmer than it is in the afternoon and night. I know that we bloat during the day from eating, ect, but I am not a big eater. I don't eat too much at all, and I still bloat up where my pants that felt fine in the am, are very tight and uncomfortable in the pm. What can I do different? Is there a way to escape this?

Hmm, do you drink soda or anything with too much salt? Those tend to make me feel bloated....

happens to me to, im very skinny, and in the morning when i wake up my stomach is flat as a bored and tight..but as the day goes on my tummy pushes out... i think its just because when you sleep you dont eat for about 8-9 hours and your are sleeping on your stomach which everything tightens up

I have this problem as well. By the time I go to bed I look like I am heavily pregnant!

I have a feeling that some people are genetically disposed to this problem. I remember a friend of mine whose stomach was always flat no matter what time of day it was (and we weighed about the same).

I wish there was a solution.......

I really hate it. I wish there was a magic pill or something. Maybe it does have to do with the salt intake.. should we drink more water to flush it out?

Ha, I guess I am the only one with a PC and I don't think I will ever change. I don't enjoy learning new things on the computer, took me long enough to get this.
