I am having a difficult time getting in my pedometer steps...Winter is adding to the lack of walking so I thought maybe you would like to join me in daily recording steps (as I said I use a pedometer)...
The walking exercise is wonderfully easy and keeps weight off for me...However, I have slipped the last few months and need a challenge...
I thought about building up to 10,000 and try for five days a week...
Join me?...I will start tomorrow Friday 13th...

I am trying to get 5000 steps this first day...5000 will be my goal for 5 days...I can go over 5000 but I have to do at least 5000...Great motivator to have to post...Bestie..
