Dinosaurs,
I forgot to mention the difference I have found in the Beatrice leathers. The Corsaire and the Florals (the white or the saddle) are in a matte-finish, thicker, "spongier" goat (?) leather. The Harlequins (from personal use) and the all-leather ones (from what I have seen in the photos) are in the same leather of the Havanas - a more satin-finish cow/calf leather. I like the leather in my floral and corsaire...but I LUV the leather in the Harlequin. BTW, there are a few of us ISO the elusive Black Harlequin. So, you're in good company, LOL. |

Oh, forgot this year's addition to the Beatrice family, the Camille. Drat, now I have Beatrice on the Brain. I will have to go move my things out of my BZ Trophy bag into one of the Bea bags...

Thank you for all that information. I do remember the black harlequin from a couple years ago. I remember I saw it on...damn, I cannot recall the site, ooh, active endeavors. Yes, I ached over that one! I never ended up getting it as I started on Rebecca Minkoff instead. To this day I wish I had though. I adore the shape and size. I have a pallenburg duffle with the olive, red, navy print. It's a bit too small for me now, though. I used to have the Vargas tote which was absolutely wonderful, but the sound of the moving chain bothered me. I wish I'd never sold it now, though. The leather was amazing. I have crushes on thick, thick leather. Pebbled especially. I love the satin finished leather as well. I have a Rebecca Minkoff MAB in flat iron grey and that has a powdery/satin feel to it. I think though, I have rekindled my love for HH. While I am smitten with RM, HH is so whimsical and adorable. Again, thank you for all your help and your lovely picture of your beatrices which I am completely envious of.

I so want an all-leather Beatrice. Either color is fine with me. |

Oh, oh, I wish I could afford one of these handmade scarves! They look gorgeous. The artist lives in Portland, too.

On the scarves note....The Golden Bear has Love quotes scarves on sale for $21.25 I think I might have to pick one up. Here is a link for all that are interested: http://thegoldenbear.com/store.php?a...y_id=&type_id= My DH and I are in the middle of a feud right now. We are looking at side chairs for our living room. My DH loves french country design and I'm more of a Minimalist Nappa Valley design lover. Here are the 2 chairs we are fighting over.. I like the one of the left and he like the one on the right |
