You could try switching out the belt (to leather) and wearing boots, but that's a tough one, aznanjl! I can't picture layering them with sweaters, vests, etc. Do you live in a warm climate?

no, i am currently in nyc! i am from la though, so i guess in my mind you can wear warm weather clothing all year long :)

good idea with the belt, though! maybe i will try it...i dont need too many layers yet, just the coat on top (which would cover up the dress anyway, so i dont think i need to worry too much about matching it to the dress)

You can if you just wear the shell. I'd wear the shell with a cute blazer jacket, or a belted one and some knee high boots. Or a cute fitted sweater with a belt over the shel,...and boots to finish it off.

I've been looking at them in my closet for over a month and cannot figure out howit would work in NYC.. they are just to flowy and summery to pull off IMO...
I'd love some more tips with pics if someone thinks it could work..
The only thing I thought MAY work was if I used the purple shell with the blue top layer.. brown belt, brown boots... but it still seems so flowy.. (I don't think that's a word btw....)

The best way to wear them in Fall/Winter is if we all go on a HHHottie Filled Caribbean Cruise. Those of us that have them can wear them there, and those HHHotties that don't have one can show us their other HHHOT styles they do have. Fun n Sun. Who is in LOL?

I kinda think it would be cute with one of those long sweater cardigan things. At least it does in my head. You could tie the belt around the outside of the cardigan.
