The History of Hayden-Harnett Havana

Does anyone know where I can find a Havana apart from the HH website and Ebay? They seem to be in scarce supply everywhere! I wonder if it's because of an in-between season thing? I've only been able to spot them online in grey, black and oyster. I want colour!

ITA on the over the price hike to $515. It feels like we are being price-gouged because they have a popular bag on their hands.

I think I need the Havana in Violet Crinkle! But i'm banned, and last time I checked on the site there was only one remaining :( I'm a newbie to HH, will they always be producing bags to replace the sold ones? And do you think $515 is reasonable or is it too much? Thanks in advance!

I believe that the limited current availability is probably due to several factors. They've introduced many new styles, so initial production is just getting finished. They may be testing pre order response to determine how many to put into full production. Everything we see now should be available thru Winter, if their Seasonal plan follows as usual. When an item is Limited Edition, Toni states it as X number made. The color seasons do seem to go quickly, don't they ?

The new leathers are very expensive, adding to the higher price of Havana. It's really the first signficant increase since the beginning of HH.

This makes sense, Stormy Heart. I am just a tad disappointed because most of the fall/winter colours are patents or metallics, which do not really appeal to me. I suppose I will have to wait until spring to see what new colours are offered before I get my first Havana. Oh well, my pocketbook can use a break, anyway.

I hear ya Merrygold, I'd love to find the Havana in eggplant but I think they're pretty much sold out everywhere.

I still can't believe I missed out on the gray Havana when it was on sale for like $117 at the Big Bang sale. So sad :(

Oh, There was just a gorgeous NWT Tango Red one on eBay and as soon as I pulled up the listing some lucky buyer had just snagged it for $349 BIN!

I would love a RUBY or TANGO RED one!!!!

Thanks Audball67. The grey is gorgeous! Unfortunately I already have a grey hobo in a similar shape (49 Square Miles Backstabber) so that is the one colour that I've restricted for myself. It sure is a beauty, tho.
