Nikki, have you heard back from the seller yet?

Aw quizshow, so sorry about your Sao Paulo.

Same here. Sometimes people really are oblivious to the imperfections of an item, but a seller who makes that sort of error shouldn't hesitate to give an immediate refund. Had to go back and re-check the auction I just won because I felt a little nervous that there were no other bids. Looks okay - I think I just tend to like the things that others pass by. However, the Havana auction also looked okay. Better luck to you both in the future. It sucks to be excited about getting a new bag and then be left so disappointed.

I am mad all over again!! I just got a response from the seller. She said there were only a couple tiny water marks on the bottom and that I must have had to scrutinize the bag to see anything. That I must be picky! She said there were no holes or rips and that she always mails bags in those envelopes! She also said she would like to see pics and that I should go ahead and file that SNAD! What nerve. I have a feeling she is going to say I must have ripped it when I opened the envelope or something. I NEED to win this. She should get what she deserves which is this crappy pathetic excuse of a handbag back and I should get my money back!

File all the reports, Nikki... and I'd just go through the eBay channels now. She's not going to play fair. The good news is that from everything I've heard, conflicts are usually resolved in favor of the buyer. Her listing was pathetic. What... three BAD photos and a few lines of description? Absolutely you'll win. No brainer. You'll get your money back, and everyone will know she's completely untrustworthy.

Nikki, you might contact the buyer who left her a neutral feedback. She mentioned "damage not in description"...

I hope so. I will be in shock if they side with her. I just don't get how no one else has ever given her negative feedback based on that packing job alone. She charged enough for shipping. Why would you charge $10 to ship if you were planning on using that envelope? How cheap! I wish that buyer would have filed a claim, Jenn

Are you sure she didn't? I don't know enough about eBay to know how you'd tell...

Just based on the packing job, it would be upsetting. I still can't believe someone would do that.

Rest assured Nikki, you'll win this one. Make sure you escalate your claim asap and leave appropriate feedback for this one.

Nikki, you'll win this, and I'd escalate to claim right away and let paypal decide.

Thanks everyone. So, I did something through the resolution center. Do I have to wait for them to get back to me before I can file a claim. This is so confusing. BTW,sorry about your situation too quizshow :(
