I hate, hate, hate sellers who destroy handbags because they are too freaking cheap to spend a couple extra bucks on postage for a larger box! Anyone who could do that to a bag has no respect whatsoever for quality handbags (or anything else for that matter) and should be doomed to wander the earth with a cheap K-mart bag forever!!!!!

I haven't read all the responses yet, but WOW that's some packing job. Also, my old blush Lorca had the exact same pinpoint holes!!! I wonder if it's the leather they used? Very strange. Good luck contacting the seller, I hope you can get things worked out.

edited: it looked like there were pinpoint holes first time I looked at the pics...looking again just now I can't quite tell. Anyway, if there ARE any, then that could be b/c of the blush leather? If not nm.

Totally shocked. I went to the porch and saw the package and thought, "oh no, my Havana didn't come". Then I was like, Is that it? It CAN'T be!!!! I went and took some better pics and you can see the holes. If it was a little dirty that would be one thing, but holes in leather is another. I will keep you all updated.

Wow. That is bad. I mena I've abuset the FREs - you can send with whatever you can cram in but never to mail something like this that I sold.

Good luck with the SNAD.

I always hate when I buy a decent sized bag, and a few days later open the door to see a priority bag with it jammed inside. Just not right. Even priority boxes usually make me cringe.

Awww. Poor Havana!!! Good pictures though, I'm sure you'll have no problems with pp. They almost always side with buyers these days anyway.

Oh no! Those aren't flaws in the leather, that's flat out abuse. What was she doing w/ it? Crawling through the shrubbery? Backwards?

WOW, I'm so sorry nikki! That poor havana is in sad shape :( From the way this was packaged I wouldn't be surprised if the seller didn't even notice these flaws--not that she was withholding them. I hope you're able to resolve this quickly! I would say that $150 is quite overpriced for a bag in this condition! Other than that though it's a lovely bag. Blush didn't get much play back in its day...it was totally ahead of its time I would def. spring for one now.

Oh this is sad, sorry about the hassles, Nikki.
**couple of notes from a variety of recent experiences
.
If Seller won't pay return shipping, eBay will cover you.
Brand new from HH euc wyeth came with multiple pinholes right on the front but you have tears, much worse although repairable.
A BNWT squished bag recently arrived, was quickly stuffed into shape and conditioned. Fast recovery ! all OK.
A so-called gently used bag turned out to be horribly ruined with armor-all.
Seller thought they were doing a good (profitable) thing. The finish was altered and had a chemical stink.
Report SNAD on both eBay and PP side for really fast resolution.
One recent seller told ebay someone else was using her account when I caught her selling counterfeit items. She is No longer registered, so I can't send feedback dammit. I had emails from her after she fibbed to bay, saying she's sorry, and item was sent from and returned to her legit address.

I guess we have to ask what box they plan to ship in.
it's always something...

Wow, Stormy! That is quite a few upsetting situations. It's so sad when you are really looking forward to something and it comes as a total letdown. I was not even going to ask you if there was anything to do for this sad excuse for a HH bag. I knew it was hopeless :(
