I agree, sallyca. Everyone should contribute their own pics of their bags, even if pictures of the style/color combo have already been posted. Each set of pictures is unique!

I'd like to make a suggestion... I think it would be a good idea for us to google search these bags and see if we can find the link to their sale page on hayden harnett, that way if someone goes in and looks at the bags, perhaps one they've never even heard of, they can click the link to go to the bag's own sale page on HH and look at the original price/specs/stock pic, etc... Or we could create a whole other thread with the bags listed alphabetically w/ this info next to each one... hmmm

I have screen shots of the different HH detail pages for many of their early bags. Would that be something that everyone would like posted in the library. I have a program that lets me run an action on a page while capturing the screen shot - what this means is I've captured pull down lists of all colors a bag was offered in.

Hellz, yes! Would love to see the earlier stuff in more detail!

OK. I've loaded a sample detail page reference in the Pallenberg library thread. See if this is what everyone would like to see. I can go through and do the rest.

It has a photo image of the detail page that will enlarge to full size when clicking on it. I have also added a hot link to go directly to that page. I did both so that we always have the photo image if HH ever removes the archived page from their server. I have found a few handbags where they have done this. So, to prevent this, I think I will input both.

See if you like this format. Go to Pallenbergs - around the 4th post.

I just want to agree that I love to see other people's photos even if the bag color has already been posted by someone else... I added some modeling shots only because I think they give a great size reference..
Now if we could only fill the library with tons of pics!!

I agree that multiple posting of a color would still be useful. You could get a better idea of size or of how the bag wears over time.

I agree, I'm having a great time going through and looking at everyone's contributions, all unique in their own way.

Leo, I had to post that crazy lining. Afterall, it has GREEN in it. And you know how some of us feel about that color, LOL. I've added the Boucle Lorca to my ISO list. I think it rocks. I love boucle - especially with multi-colors in it - but Florida just is not a good state to wear warm, fuzzy boucle. But, I can handle it on a handbag! I also am all over that tweed Havana. Boucle and tweed. I do so love texture.
