Hi Ben and Toni,

I really love all the pockets in the Clara Flap and the Havana. The zipped back pocket is especially fantastic, because it's so secure -- especially when it's facing the body -- yet accessible, so it would make a great and handy place to stash my wallet. But sadly, it's just not wide enough. I would find it so useful if the back zipped pocket were wide enough to fit the clutch wallet.

Thanks for dropping by!

I have been using my Mercer almost non stop since I got it. The side pockets are fantastic and the entire structure, look, feel make it one of my all time favorites. I love everything about it except I have one small request. I am having trouble with the magnetic closures which keep popping open, especially when I lift it quickly, swing it on my shoulder when I'm getting out of the car or throw it in the back seat. Is there any way to make them hold better?

Thanks so much for allowing us to post our thoughts.

Hello Ben & Toni,
I've been wondering if you will ever sell headbands. I'm so into them. I wear one everyday. I would love to see a clara headband or a Violet Crinkle Patient Headband or a colorblock headband. The list of ideas would be endless...... you know you wanna.... PLZ!
Thanks so much for hearing me out (listening to be beg) LOL

Oh, wow! I've been lurking quietly on this board for a few months, and just noticed this thread. I have two Havanas, which I love, and I've ordered four more items in the Thankful sale. For my first requests of many --

-- I 2nd the idea of a mini Havana (also would love it to have a divider in the middle).
-- I 'd love the back outside pocket on the Conrad to be bigger and have a zipper.
-- I want everything to have a fun lining; the signature print is too serious for me.

May I suggest something?
A lot of us gals have a few (or several) clyde tassels... Now I know you guys have discontinued them and there is talk of something coming soon to replace it...
Storage is getting to be an issue. I have many, many clyde tassels and it would be so super-cool if you guys had an HH Tassel Storage... thing. In leather, preferrably. lol
Maybe a flat bit of leather with clips at the top and loops to pull your tassels through to hold them in place, and you can roll it and clip it to close it, so it could be a cylinder shape... I'm sure you'd come up with something more creative, but I think it would be really really cool either way
Anyway - thanks for listening!
Hope you guys are doing well!

I don't mean to hijack this thread or quote...but since I am Cuban I used to be called "HAVANITA" because how small I was!

Will we be seeing the Lido wallet again, possibly in any new colors? Also, are there any style wallets on the horizon? Love the zipped compartments on both the interior and the backside. Thanks.

Will there be some Paule Marrot Edition handbags in 2009?

Thoughts and questions that have been percolating since this thread opened...

I love the original Havana design, especially the outside pocket with the magnet. The soft leather snuggles my cellphone and keeps any buttons from being pushed (unlike any other bag I own), and the magnet makes it secure but easily accessible. Will you ever add the magnet back? More magnet pockets!

I also miss the little charm bracelet/chain from the older bags. Would you consider producing them for separate purchase?

I saw the fun linings in the Target bags and in the upcoming Spring line - more fun linings, please! I received my first nylon-logo bag this week (second one still coming) and it just isn't the same...I'd prefer the old cotton to the nylon signature lining, because the bag seems to slouch better to me.

Last (for now!) would you consider more leather-edged handles to seal the edges? My saddle Havana showed cracking early in the handle, and my new Grey Zeus Lorca has a sealed edged that's quite sharp to the touch. I much prefer the softness and durability of a leather edge, like on my Mosaique Camera Bag.

Thanks so much for reading!

Hi Toni and Ben.

Thank you for allowing me to add to my HH "family" these past few weeks. I am a Johnny Come Lately to all that is HH. When I look at the gallery and library on TPF of some of your earlier creations, even the more recent ones in early 2008, I realized how much I would love to own a handbag in the luscious berry colors and deep blues and greens that you had used. Is there any possibility that some of your Fall '09 creations would be fabricated using these rich colors?

While I'm writing this, in additon, I love the durability of the nylon interiors but love the look and "surprise" of some of your more esoteric linings in corduroy and silk. Is there any way to mix function with fashion and make the linings as durable as nylon but as "fun" as some of your iconic, colorful, patterned one?

Thank you so much for reading this. I am so happy that although I am a newbie, better late to HH than never!

Is there a name for the new pilot style clutch? I would love to have a pilot (or something similar to it) in anthracite, pearl, bronze, bordeaux or even some type of magenta color. Thanks!

Another suggestions from those of us who are on the taller side and a little fuller up top. An additional 5 to 6 inches on the cross body straps (e.g., Clara flap, Marcel clutch) would make these bags even more perfect than they already are.
